This formula contains vitamin K2 in the most bioavailable and bioactive form, menaquinone-7 (MK-7). Vitamin K2 plays a critical role in guiding calcium to where it is needed, building and maintaining strong, healthy bones, and away from the heart and blood vessels where it can cause damage.
